As we reported just recently, Judd Legum had a fit when his “100% ACCURATE TWEET” about violent criminal offense being down 7 percent in 2022 was struck with a Community Note that included that murders are up 31 percent.
3. The “Community Note” recommends my tweet is misinforming due to the fact that “The ‘down 7%’ figure for violent criminal offense depends on whether larceny criminal offenses are categorized as break-in, break-in, or theft.”

No one in DC states “What criminal offense?” It’s a consistent there.

Undoubtedly, this survey is what would be called an “outlier” and must be tossed. Sounds to me like numerous of those 556 participants might have had a political inspiration for providing such a ridiculous response

Well if the Washington Post states.
