BTS, other K-pop groups offer music
Here’s a program for all the K-pop stans out there! Crunchyroll started streaming the Bastions Korean 3D animated superhero series on Saturday. The series is streaming worldwide, leaving out China, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, North Korea, and South Korea.
Significantly, the series includes music by the popular Korean young boy group BTS, in addition to the woman group Le Sserafim and vocalists Heize and AleXa. BTS will offer the primary track and signature tune, and it is the group’s very first significant job given that launching its anthology album “Proof” last June. Thymos Media, which is producing the series, commented: “BTS is anticipated to offer a frustrating sense of immersion to the feelings and action scenes of the series by singing the signature tune in best consistency.”
Crunchyroll explains the series as follows:
These non-traditional heroes are preparing to avoid catastrophe! In a world where superpowers are the standard, a group of precious idols collaborate to keep society safe. They’re about to deal with a brand-new opponent: Wash Green. This megacorporation might call itself environmentally friendly, however it’s actually the leader in ecological contamination. Can Bastions stand firm and conserve the world?
Crunchyroll‘s Chief Content Officer Asa Suehira suggested his interest in utilizing the platform for Asian animation beyond Japan.”Crunchyroll has an amazing chance to present fans to more animation designs from Asia, and this amazing brand-new series from Korea does simply that. And having the music of many K-pop stars truly expands the appeal of Bastions,” he commented.
